One of the best things we can do for our health is manage our energy. Most of the time we become so accustomed to living out of energetic balance. Whether we are picking up on other peoples' energy, have bad energetic hygiene (not doing self-care) or even from all the technological frequencies constantly bombarding us (WiFi, cell towers, radio waves, etc). We are literally walking receptors and transmitters so it's our job to make sure what we receive and what we "give off" are healthy signals... not just for ourselves, but for others as well. This is where my powerful energy forks help harmonize and rebalance your energy system. Each of the 12 tuning forks are based on the Solfeggio scale and are tuned to a certain hertz which correlates with a primary energy center inside and outside of the body. These powerful forks clear and balance the energetic and physical bodies quickly. They're an effective way to get "re-tuned" if you've been feeling overwhelmed, stressed, anxious or just feeling "off". During a session, I scan your energy centers (chakras) to see what's going on with your system. I'll start with the etheric forks before moving to the body forks. The etheric forks clear the invisible aura and field around your body while the body forks work with your physical body. While you're laying flat, I'll move from the base of the spine to the crown of your head with the various forks. Each fork will swing in a clockwise motion, clearing the energy until completed when the forks will swing in alignment with your spine. During this time, I often receive intuitive messages about your health to help assist you, and I'll also share with you some techniques and tips to help keep your energy balanced.
